Graham Brusnahan, Franchise Development Manager, South Australia / Northern Territory
Graham purchased a V.I.P. Garden and Lawn Maintenance franchise in 1994 after looking at other companies but decided on V.I.P. because the system suited his goals of financial independence, working his own hours and being his own boss. After two years, Graham was selected as an Area Manager, where he trained incoming franchisees and was a mentor to other franchisees in his area. After seven years as a franchisee, Graham moved into a full time support role with V.I.P. and in 2005 Graham moved into the franchise sales division. Here Graham has helped numerous people from all walks of life buy into the V.I.P. system. In 1999 Brian purchased a V.I.P. Lawns and Gardens franchise with the intention of running it for a couple of years before moving back to his previous career in management.

Geoff Carter, Regional Franchise Manager - Garden Maintenance and Lawn Mowing, Queensland
Geoff purchased his V.I.P. Garden Maintenance and Lawn Mowing franchise in August 1995 and sold his round in October 2009 to move into the Regional Franchise Manager Role. During this time he developed his business from an initial $500 a week work allocation to over $2500 per week, all by working by himself. He credits this to the V.I.P. system which enables the franchisee to develop their round in a manner that suites them and their lifestyle. With ongoing training and mentoring in a team environment, Geoff found his time in the field rewarding both financially and personally.
